AppSight™ Dashboard

Want a sneak peek of our AppSight™ dashboard?

Watch below for an overview of key features, including app stories, KPIs, and app trends.

Introduction

00:00:01:04 - 00:00:27:15

After KRUTSCH deploys a new app for a client, they typically ask us to provide various metrics and analytics. Downloads, user installs, installs by demographic, by country, that sort of thing. And because almost everything we use, almost everything we build uses Google Firebase as a back end to support app functions and data collection, we thought why not include generative AI summaries of instrumented apps in the same dashboard?

Three Buckets

00:00:27:17 - 00:00:46:03

We have kind of three buckets in the dashboard that we're going to show you. There are the app stories. Think of app stories as like key user stories or main success scenarios for the app. There are app story KPIs that we aggregate across iOS and Android. And then there are app trends. These are KPIs are very specific to the client domain.

Handoff

00:00:46:05 - 00:01:06:07

We're not going to talk today about the app story KPIs and app trends. But instead I'd like to introduce, Susanna. She is a UX designer here at KRUTSCH, and she, has been working on the AppSight™ dashboard, and she's going to give you a walkthrough of that.

Walkthrough

00:01:06:09 - 00:01:31:10

So we're just going to display this, AppSight™ dashboard. So looking up at the screen, we have the main AppSight™ dashboard. So AppSight™ is catered towards mobile apps. We're using the KRUTSCH.design website as our example app. It's not an app, but just we're using that as an example. And here we have a bunch of canned data.

The Dashboard

00:01:31:10 - 00:02:01:00

So these are not real metrics. But this is just examples here. And if we look up at the top left we have an AI summary here. This basically just displays the overall app performance. This is generated by Google Gemini. We have a collection of the main app stories which we'll focus on. And then on the right we have relevant KPIs and app trends.

App Story Overview

00:02:01:03 - 00:02:29:03

We're really going to focus on app stories. So I'm going to go into app story two. Explore KRUTSCH’s portfolio. So up at the top we have an overview. This basically just describes what this app story is. Below that we have a completion rate. This is basically telling us what percentage of users are completing this app story. And then app stories are really just the main goals

App Story Journey

00:02:29:05 - 00:03:07:13

users want to accomplish in the app at a high level. So the app story journey is showing us all the different screens within this specific app story. So like home, recent work, healthcare, and and then all the other screens. So what we're doing here is we're tracking user interactions. And what we're doing is Google Gemini is analyzing what users are doing and giving us metrics like the completion rates, the page views, average screen time, sessions, and then also users. And then talk a little bit about what's over on the right.

App Story at a Glance

00:03:07:14 - 00:03:36:14

So on the right we have an AI summary as well. This is also generated by Google Gemini. This basically is specific to this app story. And it's tracking and telling us what users are doing within this app story. So for example, users are looking at the case studies, healthcare, connected devices and digital transformation. Excellent.

App Story Experience

00:03:36:14 - 00:04:04:14

And then where does that animation come from. So the animation, this is a screen recording. But really in the real AppSight™ dashboard, these will be pulled directly from from our Figma design files. But really what this is doing, this is a visual representation of all these screens. So it's showing how users are navigating between the home page, recent work, healthcare and all the other screens.

Elevate Your App

00:04:04:15 - 00:04:25:23

So if you as a client are coming into this dashboard, it gives you a visual reminder of what that app story reaction is. Okay. Excellent. Thank you. So if you're ready to elevate your app or service, if you are wondering how your customers see your app or perceive your app or websites, AI-powered analytics reveal hidden insights, drive engagement, accelerate business growth.
