Assuming you are coming down Washington Avenue (either from the east side or from 394), Google Maps will get you most of the way there - we are located on the corner of Washington Ave N and 1st Ave.
You will see the historic Runyon’s sign on the front of the building. Our office is located above the bar.
PARKING:
You can find parking in the Runyon’s lot on the left side of the building, as you face the front. If you park in this lot ensure you purchase a ticket and place it on your car’s dash - the owners are ruthless about towing cars without tickets or with expired tickets.
Optionally, there is City of Minneapolis parking on the street which you pay for using the app or with the pay boxes located at the curb.
The entrance to our office is the green door to the right of the entrance to Runyon’s. Our logo is on the front of the door and there is a doorbell to the left. Ring the doorbell and someone will be down to greet you.
